What We’re Looking For:

We are seeking a Clients’ Operations Project Manager to join our team and oversee market research projects. In this role, you will work within the Operations department, collaborating closely with Sales and Data Science teams while also communicating with clients to ensure the delivery of high-quality data within the agreed scope, budget, and timeline.

Your Responsibilities:

• Manage market survey projects, primarily using quantitative research methods.
• Script surveys based on provided questionnaires.
• Test and approve surveys according to project requirements.
• Collect data using internet panels or other sources.
• Check, clean, code, and weigh the collected data to ensure its quality.
• Prepare both standard and custom reports.
• Monitor project budgets and costs.
• Communicate with clients and internal team members.
• Delegate tasks to other team members.

What You Bring:

• A university degree in Sociology, Market/Opinion Research, or a related field.
• At least two years of experience managing market research projects.
• A solid understanding of quantitative market research workflows, including survey scripting, sampling, reporting, and cost management.
• Familiarity with different market research methodologies, tools, and techniques.
• Proficiency in Excel (advanced functions); knowledge of SPSS is an advantage.
• Strong numerical, analytical, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Critical thinking and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written).
• Knowledge of JavaScript is an advantage.
