Interactive Dashboard Reporting for Employee Satisfaction Project

The Challenge:

TEAVIA MR, a newly established innovative and dynamic market research company in the Philippines conducted a nationwide employee satisfaction survey with a leading global company. The survey measured the attitude of more than 40,000 local employees in the country towards the company and various levels of management, including local management at the company’s 600+ establishments across the Philippines.

The project’s main challenge has been the timely and efficient handling of more than 600+ unique reports.

The Solution:

TEAVIA MR and Syno teamed up and scripted the survey on Syno’s platform. The survey was then sent out to key personnel of the different establishments via e-mail over the course of a week for them to distribute to their employees. After the send-outs were done, local establishments were given two (2) weeks to complete the survey. This was closely monitored so managers could get their teams engaged and keep the response rates high within the time allotted.

The collected survey data was processed in the TEAVIA MR data lake in Syno’s platform and Syno’s team of data scientists worked on making six different dashboards for the different report levels and purpose of the reports. Historic data was imported and displayed in the dashboards for comparison and AI analysis of open answers was used for extracting main trends and topics.

TEAVIA MR could then log in to the Syno platform and view the data, compare it with historical data, and export PDF reports at any time.
