You can navigate to Syno Knowledge Base when using applications in Syno Cloud, such as Survey, by clicking the information icon or from the link at the bottom of the Syno Cloud UI. Alternatively, bookmark this direct link to our Knowledge Base for quick access.

At the top of the Syno Knowledge Base homepage, you will see a search bar. This is the quickest way to find specific information. Enter relevant keywords or phrases and browse the suggested results. Click on the article title that best matches your query to view the full content.

    In the Syno Cloud login page click “Forgot password?” and you will receive instructions on how to reset your password.

  • How do I update my company invoicing details?
    While in Syno Cloud - click on the user icon at the top right corner, click “Company” and update your company information, this is only available to users that are assigned with “Company Manager” rights.

  • How do I order projects in Answers (omnibus)?
    In Syno Cloud go to “Answers”, “Orders”, “New order” and then submit all the relevant details about your order. More information about omnibuses can be found here.

  • What is the difference between different user roles: Company manager, Employee manager, and Panel manager?
    Company managers can edit company details, Employee managers can create new users within a company, and Panel managers can manage the panelists of their own panels.
