Key Driver Analysis Case - Swedish Election 2022 | Syno
Syno International is introducing a standardized solution for the popular key driver analysis method of research. To showcase how a report from this analyses could be done. Syno has created a dashboard with data from a survey conducted with 1000 respondents of a nationally representative sample (in terms of ages between 18-80, region and gender) between 25-30 of August. The dashboard shows the key drivers determining how voters select which party to vote for in the 2022 Swedish election to parliament.
In total 15 topics and 7 political parties were analyzed. Please see the survey results below:
- The analysis is done by using regressions analysis comparing how respondents in this survey rate parties on a range of topics with how they voted in the last election with how they plan to vote in the upcoming election.
- The survey compares actual stated voting behavior in the previous election and planned party to vote for in the upcoming election with the evaluated attributes to calculate the correlation.
- This Key driver analysis model can be applied to any topic or industry to identify the drivers behind how users behave and is as a model less impacted by what people think should be important giving a result that is less biased by social norms and attitudes.
- Cost for using the Key Driver Analysis module with standard reporting is 1000 € per project plus the cost for data collection which depends on target audience and market (usually between 3000-5000 € for 1000 interviews from a nationally representative sample). Timings are 7-10 days including set up, data collection and reporting.
