Syno International announce our continued expansion with the recruitment of two business development professionals in the Americas. Rick McCrady joins out of his base in Dallas and Joaquín Berrios joins the existing Cancun office.

To build up a capacity to serve clients in North America and LATAM is something we have had in our plans. Now a year after our Cancun Operations Hub started its operation we are happy to recruit two great people to introduce our offering to the market.

About Joaquin

Joaquin Berrios is Chilean with extensive international experience in the Market Intelligence industry – more than fifteen years’ in sectors such as Consumer Goods, Oil & Gas and Mining. Earlier in his career, Joaquín played a fundamental part in the LATAM region for companies such as Euromonitor and BNAmericas.

Today, the market research industry is undergoing a digital transformation to better understand the everyday lives of consumers. At Syno, I look forward to working with our own technology to collect, centralize and manage data for clients in LATAM

From being one of the first employees at E-Rewards, Rick has helped companies in America, Japan and Europe take a proof of concept and build huge success in sales and marketing. Outside of the office Rick is father, golfer, basketball teacher and enjoying the ocean at his retreat in Mexico.

Right now my passion revolves around data and helping companies consolidate all their different sources of data into the SynoCloud for making it useful for insight generation and targeting for advertising.
